Is Aino available for M-Files Web? For use in a Web browser and on a desktop computer? For use on mobile devices?
Aino is available for M-Files Web and M-Files Desktop. Aino is not yet available in M-Files mobile apps.
What documents does M-Files Aino work with?
M-Files Aino can be used with any text document. This includes, but is not limited to, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, and PDF documents. The scanned document must be converted to a searchable PDF using Optical Character Recognition (OCR) before M-Files Aino can process it.
What languages does M-Files Aino support?
M-Files Aino is available in all languages supported by the M-Files software. Please refer to the language versions of the M-Files software. In addition, M-Files Aino has the ability to understand and interact with the following languages
Can I use M-Files Aino with both M-Files Cloud and local storage?
Yes, M-Files Aino can be used with both M-Files Cloud and local M-Files storage. M-Files Aino is cloud-based, so it is not available without a connection to M-Files Cloud.
What data does Aino store?

Each request to M-Files Aino is encrypted, authenticated with an API key, and uniquely identified for each
connected M-Files storage.
M-Files Aino supports virtual partitioning of all your data. You choose which geographic M-Files Cloud Region to use.

What is the difference between M-Files Aino and ChatGPT?
M-Files Aino and OpenAI ChatGPT are both generative AI programs that use LLM to provide natural language interaction.
Interoperability in natural language. While ChatGPT is responsible for the constant provision of basic information, including in its knowledge, M-Files Aino specializes in interaction with documents and data that are selected in M-Files. M-Files does not report the constant feed that follows the inter-information that enters M-Files. When using M-Files Aino, all customer data is requested in M-Files Cloud
