1.To optimize the company’s document storage processes and create a single centralized electronic archive of documents previously stored in different systems.
2.Organize secure storage of documents in electronic format.
3.Provide prompt access to documents.
4.Automate document uploading and further processing.
5.Provide the ability to quickly search for documents and upload them in bulk if necessary.
