LITIKO team took part in the Svoe.IT conference
This event annually gathers the most powerful representatives of the IT-industry of Ukraine. This year there were more than 50 stands of companies – manufacturers of solutions for various industries and more than 2000 conference participants.
We met with partners and talked to other integrators.
Despite the air alerts that sounded throughout the day, the atmosphere of the event was incredibly positive and productive. Attendees had the opportunity to hear important presentations, meet like-minded people and share experiences at the presentation booths.
The key topics discussed at the conference were::
- How to move forward in the face of war and daily attacks on IT infrastructure??
- How to adapt the team and business to new market conditions?
- What implementation cases are relevant when replacing Russian software?
- Peculiarities of proposal preparation for Ukrainian customers?
In terms of marketing, Litiko highlights the following steps:
- Finding new clients abroad in a freelance services format. Maintaining a high quality of work and expanding markets.
- Generating leads through LinkedIn. Studying the needs and expectations of potential clients, forming an optimal offer.
- Positioning products and services with search advertising. Utilizing data to understand current methods and development points in the near future
The participants of the panel discussion discussed the possibility of forming a basis for the strategic development of the IT-industry. Additional opportunities to support Ukrainian IT-companies were also presented:
- Grants for IT-companies.
- Knowledge and support programs for local teams..
- Special programs for participation of Ukrainian national delegation in international events
Conference results:
EVERYTHING is possible! The main thing is to calculate resources correctly, focusing on time and money.
Participation in Swє IT was a valuable experience for LITIKO and an opportunity to gain new knowledge, contacts and ideas for business development in the war conditions.
