Functionality expansion options of the Almexoft platform

Integration with the Vchasno service is an automatic document processing stage, during which the document is sent to the Vchasno electronic document exchange service for approval and signing by the counterparty.

The Counterparty Management Module enables the seamless integration of internal legally significant document flow with the document flow of counterparties.

The Meeting and Board Automation Module helps to quickly approve documents and share them electronically with partners.
