The administrator can effortlessly set up the company's organizational structure, incorporating all legal entities, departments, and configuring positions, as well as other attributes.
The system allows you to create calendars and customize the display of events, tracking and control over tasks individually within them. All meetings, daily schedules, and task planning can be conducted not in scattered external calendars but within the proprietary system, where everything will be pulled automatically.
Allows you to generate a wide range of documents, from sales contracts to applications for leave. Simply upload the template to the system and configure the "Template-based Generation" module in the document route. For instance, when concluding an agreement, the manager won't need to manually enter all the order details, including amount, counterparty information, and so forth, into contracts and related documents. The system will automatically insert this information from the deal card, and the manager will receive a ready-made contract file.
This module enables fast and convenient identification of duplicates within a large volume of documentation. Simply set up rules to check the document type for uniqueness (select the required attributes). Upon document saving, the system will automatically search for other documents with the specified attributes and compare them. If duplicates are detected, the user will receive messages with links to the duplicates and their quantity.
The Email module enables users to use external email services for sending and receiving emails. The Scriptum server automatically checks and retrieves emails, storing them in the database. Users can access their emails in the Mailboxes section.
The built-in QR and barcode generation and usage functionality allow you to quickly locate the necessary document. It is sufficient to specify the barcode variable in one of the document templates so that barcodes will be placed on the documents after printing.
This module enables the integration of chat functionality, ensuring fast and convenient team communication while working with documents or other objects. The chat saves message history and allows discussion of any process nuances directly within documents or process pages, thereby significantly easing collaborative efforts for team members.
Elasticsearch is a fast, fault-tolerant, highly scalable open-source mechanism for text search and storage. It allows users to store, search, filter, and analyze large volumes of information quickly and in real-time, surpassing conventional relational DBMS in functionality and speed.
