 We talked about the algorithm of development and implementation of office management instructions as a mandatory local normative document of the company, taking into account the requirements of the current regulatory legal acts

At the webinar, we discussed the following issues:

1. analysis of national regulations on the organization of office work, as well as constituent and other local regulatory documents of the company.

2. Preparation of a draft Instruction on office management by the office management service.

3. Coordination of the draft with all structural subdivisions of the company and its finalization in case of comments and suggestions received.

4. Signing of the final version of the instruction by the head of the office management service.

5. Approval at the meeting of the Expert Commission of the company.

6. Approval by the EPC of the state archive or the EC of a higher authority.

7. Approval by the order on the main activity of the company.

8. Entry into force.

9. Bringing to the attention of the company’s structural subdivisions.

10. Revision and amendment of the Office Management Instruction based on the order.
