The trial provides companies with the opportunity to access and experience M-Files free of charge for 30 days.
This is a simple vault with basic content and workflows pre-loaded. You will be able to use all core functionality of the M-Files platform but not all of the available integrations. Videos and other resources will be provided to showcase these. You will be able to create documents, manage access permissions, automate workflows, collaborate with colleagues, leverage GenAI for smarter search – and much more!
Yes, you will be able to add unlimited colleagues to the trial vault using M-Files Manage. We will guide you through the process.
You will receive a code to verify your email address. Once complete look out for a welcome email. Make sure you save that email as it contains the unique URL to access your vault as well as other important information.
While M-Files is available in over 30 languages, the free trial is currently only available in English.
You will receive an email notifying you that your trial has ended and you will no longer be able to access your trial vault. Your trial vault and all the data within it will be deleted, so please make sure you remove any important documents.
