The implementation of the Directum system has enabled the company to organize a structured document storage system. Every employee can quickly locate the necessary set of documents; there is no need to create personal copies of documents—it is sufficient to place the necessary links to the documents in the appropriate folders.
The most significant benefit of implementing the Directum system has been the ability to protect information from unauthorized access, which was achieved by configuring document access rights.
The Directum system ensures effective collaboration among company employees. It is now possible to organize collaborative work by assigning tasks and completing assignments. Department heads monitor the completion of assigned tasks according to established deadlines.
