M-Files offers a whole range of ready-made solutions that allow you to quickly implement information, process, risk, and asset management in various industries—without having to build everything from scratch. It is a platform for true digital transformation.

At the conference, participants had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with partner demonstration solutions presented at the stands.

These examples clearly illustrate the significant potential of M-Files as a system that effectively integrates with external functionality, expanding its capabilities.

One such solution is offered by the Norwegian company NettPost

They integrated M-Files with the GIS system, and now you can see your assets on the left side of the M-Files interface, and on the right side, you have a map. By moving through the asset catalog, you can see where it is located, and vice versa, when you look at the map, you select an asset, and it shows all the characteristics for it.

The second solution, M-Files Habshare, is a way to display documents according to M-Files filters.

For example, if a company and its representative log into Habshare, they will only see the company’s documents, and editing rights can be granted accordingly. If an external user opens a document and makes changes, Habshare will show that changes have been made. This is how we work with external clients and users.

We are proud to be a partner of M-Files.

We are confident that M-Files is a powerful solution that can help companies of all sizes transform their operations and achieve new levels of success.
